Finding Balance
Balance is key, don’t wait until you’re burnt out. Here are my top tips for maintaining balance in your life:
Tip 1 - Turn on do not disturb
When you clock out for the day, make sure it’s for real so that you can give yourself the chance to recharge
Tip 2 - Limit your scroll time
Set a designated time every day to check social media apps
Tip 3 - Schedule in time for breaks
If you don’t schedule them, you’re less likely to take them - make an effort to spend your free time doing things you love
