Payments are broken into two parts. There is a 30% non-refundable deposit that needs to be paid up front in order to secure your booking, and then 70% remainder can be when the project is complete.

Project timelines are given upon enquiry and scheduling in projects ensure that all clients are given the time they deserve. As a result, I turn away projects for your time slot. If you wish to terminate our project, an empty slot is left that could have been given to another project. Deposits ensure that your project is going ahead or compensates for any time spent if the project is terminated.

I aim to reply to all new enquiries within two business days. Clients will receive communication as agreed in their project timeline. Weekends are for rest and recharging.

Yes, design is subjective so revisions may be necessary. 3 rounds of revisions are provided as standard, any further revision rounds will be charged at my hourly rate.
